The details of the deal between Royal Mail and the Communication Workers Union were finally released last night, following the announcement late on Friday 12 October that agreement had been reached and industrial action would be suspended. The company's press release and the CWU's announcement describe what has been agreed on pay, flexibility and pensions, albeit in rather differerent ways.
