Providing a lump sum of money to employee relocating is not a good idea as often it is not used for the relocation.

The result is an employee who takes more days off work sorting out accommodation, area to live in, schools etc, who is more stressed and who doesn't settle into new area as quickly.

HCR Group, employee relocation specialist, provides pre-move area visits, homesearch, guaranteed sales price, managed sale, area guides, settling in services. HCR can make the relocation trouble-free and ensure that the employee settles into the new area quickly which allows them to concentrate on their job.
