... and Eversheds make Freedom of Information request for age discrimination figures

It looks like Freedom of Information Requests are the way forward for employment tribunal statistics, with Eversheds apparently requesting (and receiving) recent age discrimination figures (see story on FT.com).

Thanks to Mike Berry at Personnel Today for pointing this out.

With other requests being made (we’re due a response from ours shortly), surely it would just be easier for the Tribunals Service to start providing this information as a matter of course?

How about a freedom of information request to find out how many freedom of information requests for tribunal statistics have been received by the Ministry of Justice?
