Army HR not strategic just yet

Recently came across this recruitment advert for the army.

Not so good to see that HR is seen as an admin role. I quote from the advert . . .

But just like any other employer, the Army needs solid administrative support to ensure that its soldiers receive everything from the correct pay to the right training.
