How are employers acting to manage stress in 2010?

The recession provoked a sharp rise in workplace stress - and UK employers are increasing their efforts to deal with this trend, according to 2010 benchmarking research on stress management from XpertHR.

The 2010 XpertHR benchmarking survey of stress management activities (XpertHR benchmarking subscription required) is based on responses from 98 employers with a combined workforce of more than 300,000 employees.
