I'm delighted to report that XpertHR's unique benchmarking service has reached its first anniversary this week. To celebrate this occasion, we've made a number of significant enhancements to the service, including the following:
- We've completely refreshed the design and presentation of the XpertHR benchmarking charts to make them clearer and more visually appealing.
- We've added a number of major benchmarking datasets, covering the following key topic areas: Employment tribunals; National minimum wage; Job evaluation; Selection interviews; and Diversity training (XpertHR benchmarking subscription required).
With these latest additions, subscribers to XpertHR benchmarking can now access around 100 benchmarking datasets. These benchmarking datasets comprise thousands of questions which can be tailored to benchmark your organisation's practices, policies and performance.
