Can your organisation save money on recruitment?

Cutting resourcing costs is on everyone's agenda - whether through blanket recruitment freezes or introducing new candidate attraction or selection practices. The 2011 XpertHR recruitment cost management survey will identify the most effective approaches and gauge the level of cost savings that can be achieved.

The latest CIPD resourcing and talent management survey showed that the economic climate had prompted over half of respondent organisations to reduce their resourcing budget for 2010. The public sector expected to be hardest hit in line with political requirements for efficiency savings and budget cuts to address the fiscal deficit.

But the CIPD survey also found a note of optimism: for most organisations, the importance of managing talent during difficult times was not lost. Over four employers in 10 (43%) reported an increased focus on talent management. A significant proportion was focusing on developing talent in-house and retaining rather than recruiting talent.

Completing our new survey will entitle you to a free report on the survey findings as soon as it becomes available. The report will provide valuable benchmarking data on the most effective cost control methods used by employers as part of their recruitment and selection process.
