Join our research into managing employee retirement

The consequences of the abolition of the default retirement age will be huge for some employers who have historically retired their employees at a certain age. Decisions must be made about whether to retain an "employer justified retirement age" or perhaps to overhaul performance management, pensions, or pre-retirement options.

By taking part in XpertHR's anonymous survey on the abolition of the default retirement age you'll be able to have your say on the issue and learn how other employers are responding to this major change. The opportunity to fill out the questionnaire ends on Friday 15th April.

Click here to participate and get a complimentary copy of the survey report when it is completed, and a free XpertHR report on the 2011 managing under-performance survey.
