Permanent jobs forecast looks rosier

Permanent workforces are set to grow, according to the Recruitment and Employment Confederation's (REC's) latest JobsOutlook. The most recent monthly survey finds that employers are expecting to add to their workforces in both the short and longer terms, with two-thirds of employers predicting they will increase their permanent workforce in both the next three- and 12-month periods. Only 6% say they are expecting to make staff cutbacks over the coming year.
