Latest XpertHR research finds that the main reasons why HR professionals opted for a career in HR was by chance and because they wanted to work with people. But more than six in 10 of the 668 HR professionals surveyed say that, if they could start their career all over again, they would still choose HR. Respondents view professional qualifications as more important for advancing in HR than starting out in the profession.
