How do you use the line manager briefing PowerPoint presentations?

You may have noticed that we’ve added a handful of PowerPoint presentations to the line manager briefings homepage. The presentations accompany the line manager briefings on:

A subscription to XpertHR is required to read these line manager briefings in full.

The PowerPoint presentations follow the guidance contained in the line manager briefings and are in a simple, easy-to-digest and interactive format, which will enable HR professionals in any organisation to train line managers on the topics covered to ensure that they follow good practice and observe the law.

Over the coming weeks and months we intend to add PowerPoint presentations on all of the line manager briefings, and all new line manager briefings will be published with an accompanying PowerPoint presentation.

We’d really like to know how you’ve been using the presentations, or how you plan to use them. This will help us to ensure that they are as useful as possible.

In the next few weeks we’ll be adding presentations to accompany the misconduct and grievances line manager briefings. Please let us know what other PowerPoint presentations you are most likely to use in the near future.
