Is testing a good way to recruit?

Using psychological or psychometric tests as part of the recruitment and selection process is a widespread practice, but there are several pitfalls associated with their use.

This new XpertHR survey will examine employers' attitudes towards testing, the types of tests they use, how they administer and use tests - and how to get the best out of testing.

Completing this brief survey will entitle you to a:

• complimentary copy of the report of our findings on the use of testing in recruitment and selection, as soon as it is published; and
• free copy of the XpertHR 2012 report on employee referral schemes, as soon as you have completed the questionnaire.
