The main annual event in the HR technology calendar - the 2012 HR Technology Conference (perhaps more frequently referred to by its Twitter hashtag: #HRTechConf) take place this week.
#HRTechConf 2012 kicks off in Chicago, Illinois today (Monday 8 October 2012), and runs through to the end of Wednesday 10 October 2012.

#HRTechConf: Getting to grips with the 'sea change' in HR technology
As leading US HR blogger Naomi Bloom notes, the 15th annual #HRTechConf offers essential insights on the latest HR technology offerings.
Bloom says the conference can help HR learn how it can use technology to engage with and manage effectively "the generation of workers demanding that their technology be mobile/social/gamified and more, and so many of the other forces at work in the sea change that is going on in our industry."
