My role at XpertHR is employment law editor. This allows me to indulge my wish to keep up-to-date with the ever changing world of employment law. Before joining XpertHR I was a solicitor in Brighton specialising in dispute resolution, including disputes in the workplace. I hope that my experience in this field will give me a practical view when drafting guidance on employment law issues. Part of my role as a solicitor was to provide regular employment law updates to clients through seminars. I also wrote regular articles for the local press on employment law issues and on general legal issues as part of my role as Sussex Law Society Press Relations Officer.
