Working in IRS's dedicated research unit means that my work covers the whole range of topics covered by IRS publications. My personal interest is in organisational performance. Why do organisations succeed or fail and what role does people management take in this process? In recent times this has evolved into an interest in performance measures and organisational benchmarks.

After completing a Masters degree in Organisation Studies from Warwick University I went on to work for Watson Wyatt. I've been with IRS working on both internal and external research projects since 2003.
