I have recently joined the XpertHR team as employment law editor. Prior to joining XpertHR, I qualified as an employment solicitor at a leading firm in Kent.

Having gained a wealth of experience in private practice, my new role gives me the ideal opportunity to explore the numerous legal issues facing today’s employers and to use my writing skills, having undertaken a degree in English literature.

I am particularly interested in discrimination and its impact on workplace relations as well as the many facets of the sometimes dreaded grievance and disciplinary procedures!

In my spare time, I enjoy horse riding (although sadly do not own my own horse!), reading and travel.
