As chief sub-editor for IRS and XpertHR, I am a firm believer in the power of plain English as a communicative tool. So it's my job to make sure that everything you read makes sense! I also find myself referring to the content on XpertHR in my day-to-day job of managing my team of four sub-editors and two freelancers.

I have worked for IRS (and more recently XpertHR) for four years. My brilliant and talented team is responsible for editing and uploading all the IRS content on XpertHR. We also edit and lay out the IRS e-newsletters mailed out to subscribers.

Before this, I worked as a sub-editor at Croner and at a market research company.
