What interests me most in HR is the different factors that arise surrounding ethnicities. I find that there is still so much room to explore in this field, from a legal and social point of view as diverse cultures are brought together through work and technological advancements.

Being the youngest member of the team, I have found that working in XpertHR has allowed my opinionated character to get to grips with topics that I already felt strongly about but, until now, never really felt confident with.

I studied English Literature at Brunel University and worked at Haymarket Publishing for a year before taking up the post as Online Sub-Editor here in XpertHR. My enthusiasm for all things online and computer orientated has allowed me to revel in our move online, especially with the new additions of feeds, e-newsletters and, of course the blog.

When I am not in the office, I enjoy playing and watching football, listening to music, writing, reading and socialising with friends. I can be found on facebook and myspace.
