I am the editor of our survey-based features and employer practice case studies in the areas of employment relations and attendance and absence, with a background in qualitative and quantitative research and psychology. I've been working here since XpertHR was but a twinkle in the eye of RBI, writing content related to absence, attendance, employment trends and recruitment and selection.
Outside work, I am something of a slave to Munster rugby and all the trauma that goes with it.
