I joined the Pay and Benefits Bulletin team after having spent seven years working across the range of IRS titles and XpertHR in both sub-editing and production roles.

As well as looking at reward issues in general, I cover public sector pay – a subject that is rarely out of the headlines. I am particularly interested in how organisations can promote diversity and equality in the workplace, and the challenge of achieving equal pay in the public sector.
