I joined the XpertHR editorial team in March 2008. My role as assistant editor includes maintaining the How to section of the website and organising the weekly distribution of the Editor’s Choice email, as well as a large amount of ‘behind-the-scenes’ work to support the daily running of the site.

I am comparatively new to the world of employment law, having completed a degree in Russian and German in June 2007. I am, however, enjoying learning about the broad spectrum of employment law, developing a particular interest in working time issues.
