ECJ: no age discrimination in ignoring experience with another company in same group when grading pay

We round up what caught Tribunal Watch’s eye on Twitter in the week beginning 4 June 2012, including the European Court of Justice decision in Tyrolean Airways Tiroler Luftfahrt Gesellschaft mbH v Betriebsrat Bord der Tyrolean Airways Tiroler Luftfahrt Gesellschaft mbH (on the BAILII website) that a collective agreement that excluded professional experience acquired with another company in the same group when grading pay did not constitute discrimination on the ground of age.
