Human rights: NHS trade unionist's judicial review over non-reinstatement allowed to proceed

We round up what caught Tribunal Watch's eye on Twitter in the week beginning 28 May 2012, including the decision in Bakhsh, R (on the application of) v Northumberland Tyne & Wear NHS Foundation Trust (on the BAILII website) to allow a trade unionist's judicial review to proceed over an NHS trust's failure to reinstate him following an employment tribunal reinstatement order. He is invoking his right not to be discriminated against on the ground of trade union affiliation under art.11 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
