Single employment tribunal claims have decreased over last 10 years, suggest tribunal figures

We round up what caught Tribunal Watch's eye on Twitter in the week beginning 25 June 2012, including employment tribunal statistics covering 2000/01 to 2011/12 that suggest that the number of individual tribunal claims has dropped over the last decade. However, there has been an increase in the number of complaints in relation to unfair dismissal, breach of contract and redundancy, which the Tribunals Service suggests is the result of the economic climate.
