CELRE's online JobPricing service has been dramatically overhauled and improved - making it easier for pay and benefits specialists to use it as an everyday work tool.
The new service allows subscribers to CELRE salary surveys to create salary tables based on their own criteria, and to download both data tables and charts for use in spreadsheets and reports. It also gives immediate access to the full text CELRE salary survey reports in PDF format.
Go straight to JobPricing online.
Using the new JobPricing service, pay and benefits specialists can:
• Choose any one of the job families to which your company is a subscriber;
• Select job criteria based on seniority, function, location and other variables;
• Narrow down the search for suitable comparators using multiple variables;
• Keep track of the number of company and individual records still valid at each stage;
• Generate pay, bonus and benefits tables based on these refinements;
• Separate or combine variables to create the tables you want;
• Generate charts using the data at the click of a button;
• Download the your data tables and charts in Excel or save search terms for future use.
CELRE managing editor Mark Crail said:
"CELRE's news JobPricing service puts the power to interrogate and use data in the hands of pay specialists. Traditional salary survey reports are only ever able to reproduce the most common salary data tables. Now subscribers are able to decide for themselves what criteria and what combinations of criteria they want to use as the basis for salary comparisons.
"This makes CELRE JobPricing a powerful tool for anyone wanting to set salaries when recruiting new staff, to benchmark rewards for existing staff, or to deal with requests for pay reviews."
In addition to the new JobPricing service, CELRE subscribers will continue to receive annual (or in the case of computer staff surveys, six-monthly) reports featuring the main salary tables alongside year-on-year trend data, analysis of labour turnover figures and other important commentary.
A further upgrade to JobPricing allows subscribers who participate in CELRE salary surveys to see their company's own pay data alongside the tables they have created. This facility is available on request.
These developments have been made possible since CELRE became a member of the XpertHR Group earlier this year.
CELRE subscribers are being issued with new passwords today enabling them to access the new JobPricing service.
