JobPricing tip 2: How do I see my own data?

JobPricing enables you to compare the salaries your organisation pays against the market rates for similar jobs elsewhere.

To do this, you need to be a subscriber to the survey that interests you, and to have submitted your organisation's salary data to that survey.

If you have done both of these things, log in to JobPricing and construct the salary table you want by selecting the relevant survey and choosing how you want to refine the data. To do this, tick the options for job function, level of seniority, location and so on, and click 'apply'.

Now click 'show report'. Immediately below the table you have created is an orange button that says 'show my organisation's data'.

If you have already been set up to see your organisation's data, the table will refresh, adding a line of data below each line of figures in the table. These new lines show your organisation's own median and average figures for the options you have chosen.

If your organisation participated in this survey, but you get an on-screen message which says you do not currently have access to your organisation's data, please contact us and we will be happy to add this facility to your subscription at no further charge.
