JobPricing wins industry accolades

The XpertHR JobPricing tool which allows subscribers to access our database and create their own salary tables has been recognised in prestigious industry awards.

The Data Publishers Association has shortlisted the service twice for its annual awards - as "outstanding achievement of the year" and as "product development of the year".

The XpertHR JobPricing tool was launched in autumn 2008, just six months after CELRE became part of the XpertHR Group.

It enables subscribers to query the pay database using their own criteria and to create tables and charts showing basic pay, bonus and other information drawn from the survey as a whole.

Participating organisations can also see their own data within the table and chart results. Both data tables and charts can also be easily downloaded in Excel for use within company reports.

Commenting on the success of XpertHR JobPricing in being shortlisted, Mark Crail, head of salary survey and benchmarking data services, said:

"CELRE's pay database has extraordinary detail and depth, but its use has been limited in the past by what it was possible to publish in print and on limited online formats.

"XpertHR Jobpricing opens up the database for subscribers to use as they want - and provides very simple tools that require no training or expertise in computer systems. If you know what you are looking for, then finding it is easy."

The winners of the 2009 DPA Awards for Excellence and Achievement in Data and Digital Publishing will be announced on 22 October.
