Although I have a general interest in all areas of employment law and practice (probably a good thing as I’m an employment law editor), I have a particular penchant for developments in discrimination, and the potential conflict between the various protected characteristics.

Prior to joining XpertHR, I trained and qualified as an employment lawyer in London, and have also practised in Salisbury and Southampton. Apart from several years of soliciting, I have worked as a science journalist writing about nanotechnology, which allowed me to indulge my huge inner geek.

Outside of work and friends, I enjoy consuming (not literally) as many films and books as possible. Except Harry Potter. I also like to keep up to date with developments in science and technology.
