Rachel Sharp
As researcher/writer on XpertHR Pay and Benefits, I am responsible for producing content on pay and reward, with particular focus on tracking pay settlements in the public sector. During my time in this role, the subject of public-sector pay has rarely been out of the headlines - with issues including pay freezes, regional pay, pensions reform and performance-related pay generating often heated discussion.
As well as analysing pay settlements, I contribute to XpertHR's core content including case studies, surveys and guidance on pay and reward management.
