Lancashire County Council has introduced a number of initiatives to enhance the quality of its graduate recruitment programme, including a comprehensive induction programme and a targeted communication programme with line managers.

- Lancashire County Council took on 11 graduate recruits for its 2010/11 corporate graduate recruitment scheme, having received 249 applications - an increase from 169 in 2009/10.
