Call for evidence on balance of competencies between UK and EU

The Government has launched a call for evidence on social and employment matters as part of its review of the balance of competencies between the EU and the UK, which will analyse what membership of the EU means for the UK. The call for evidence covers the main areas of regulation that affect the workplace and those focused on improving coordination between member states on social and employment issues. The Government is seeking objective, factual information about the impact of EU action.
