Call for evidence on police disciplinary appeals tribunal

Close date: 12 September 2014

The Government seeks views on the police disciplinary appeals tribunal as part of its triennial review of non-departmental public bodies. The police disciplinary appeals tribunal hears appeals against the most serious cases of misconduct of police officers. The call for evidence asks eight questions, including whether or not the tribunal should continue to exist in its current form and whether or not it should remain independent of the Government.
