Call for evidence on the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Bill

The Government has launched a call for evidence on its proposals contained in the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Bill. The Government invites views from those with a special interest or relevant expertise and experience on the effectiveness of the legislation, which is designed to support small businesses. The legislation includes proposals to reform whistleblowing procedures, reduce tribunal delays, deal with unpaid tribunal awards, increase penalties for failing to pay the national minimum wage, remove exclusivity clauses from zero hours contracts, and recover exit payments from rehired highly paid redundant individuals in the public sector.
