Consultation on Bill of Rights

The Commission on a Bill of Rights consults on proposals to create a UK Bill of Rights that "incorporates and builds on the UK’s obligations under the European Convention on Human Rights, as well as seeking to protect and extend our liberties". The commission seeks views on a number of issues, including the principle and wording of a right to equality.
