Consultation on draft Regulations on occupational and personal pension schemes

The Government consults on the draft Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2011. The Regulations include: changes to notification requirements for some employers when they propose to make changes to occupational pension schemes; changes to regulations following amendments to guidance notes prepared by the Board for Actuarial Standards; and an increase in the maximum amount of the fraud compensation levy per member. The Government intends the Regulations to come into force on 6 April 2011.
