Consultation on passing on information about allegations made under a protected disclosure

The Government consults on how employment tribunals could pass information relating to an allegation made against an employer in the context of a claim made under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 on to the relevant regulator. Views are sought on the proposed process of passing the information on and obtaining the express consent of the claimant.
