Consultation on reform of the Civil Service Compensation Scheme

The Government consults on revised proposals to reform the Civil Service Compensation Scheme. The consultation seeks views on, for example: introducing a maximum cap of three weeks' pay for each year of service; limiting employer-funded pension top-ups; and setting a maximum cap of 15 months' salary to the terms of voluntary exit and voluntary redundancy schemes and a cap of nine months' salary to the terms of compulsory redundancy.
