Consultation on whistleblowing

The Whistleblowing Commission, which is examining the effectiveness of arrangements for
workplace whistleblowing and making recommendations for change, seeks views and information on experiences of whistleblowing. Issues explored in the consultation include: whether or not whistleblowing arrangements should be mandatory; rewards for whistleblowers; and whether or not the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 is working.
