Close date: 5 November 2009
The Government consults on proposals to implement the reforms introduced in the Pensions Act 2008 that will place new duties on employers automatically to enrol all eligible employees into a pension arrangement. The consultation seeks views on: bringing in the duties in stages to help pension schemes manage the volume of new members; arrangements for those who choose to opt out; and ensuring that schemes are of sufficient quality.
