Dispute resolution: secondary legislation

The Government is consulting on measures connected to dispute resolution requiring secondary legislation. Included are proposals for a number of changes to the role of employment tribunals, including the proposal that tribunals have broader powers to make recommendations in discrimination cases, to benefit the workforce as a whole rather than just the claimant.
