Repeal of OFR and its replacement with business review

Close date: 24 March 2006

The Government consults on the requirement that quoted companies produce a 'business review' to be included as part of the directors' report. This replaces the operating and financial review (OFR), in which they must set out the main issues that will affect performance (including employment and human capital management issues).
