Social Security (Flexible New Deal) Regulations 2008

The Government consults on the draft Social Security (Flexible New Deal) Regulations 2008. The Regulations amend the Jobseeker's Allowance Regulations 1996 to provide for a one week loss of benefit for those who, without good cause, refuse or fail to carry out a jobseeker's direction that relates to attendance at a "back to work session".
