Communicating with staff after the Brexit vote

A number of employers, including RBS and Rolls-Royce, have sought to offer reassurance to their employees during this period of uncertainty following the outcome of the EU referendum.

To help employers communicate with their staff following the Brexit vote, we have added a new model letter to our Policies and documents tool. The example letter provides reassurance to employees and reminds them of the organisation's policy regarding anti-bullying and harassment.
