Employment law manual update: new section on gender pay gap reporting

Gender pay gap reporting comes into force on 31 March 2017 for public-sector employers and on 6 April 2017 for employers in the private and voluntary sectors. We have enhanced our Employment law manual with a new dedicated section on gender pay gap reporting.
