Gender pay gap reporting: FAQs updated with new information
The Government has published a consultation on mandatory gender pay gap reporting for public-sector employers. It is intended that the duty for the public sector will mirror that for private- and voluntary-sector employers. So as well as explaining the proposals for the public sector, the consultation reveals details of how the Regulations for the private and voluntary sectors will be amended before they come into force.
