National minimum wage: October 2016
We have updated our model pay documents and policies to reflect the new national minimum wage rates effective from 1 October 2016. Key documents include the following:
- Letter advising a worker of a pay increase because of a rise in the rate of the national minimum wage
- Letter providing national minimum wage statement
- Letter advising a worker of a pay increase because he or she has moved to a higher age band of the national minimum wage
XpertHR Quick reference includes a handy guide to all the new rates.
And, if you want to double-check that your workers are receiving the national minimum wage, we provide guidance on how to review your organisation's pay rates.
