New model letters on redundancy during shared parental leave

XpertHR's policies and documents have been enhanced by the addition of four model letters on suitable alternative employment for an employee who is made redundant while on shared parental leave.

• Letter offering a suitable alternative vacancy to an employee who is made redundant while on shared parental leave
• Letter informing an employee who is made redundant while on shared parental leave that no suitable alternative vacancy exists
• Letter confirming to an employee who is made redundant while on shared parental leave that he or she has accepted a suitable alternative vacancy
• Letter informing an employee who is made redundant while on shared parental leave of the consequences of turning down a suitable alternative vacancy
