Pay settlement data live on XpertHR Benchmarking

The full dataset of pay settlements effective over the past year has been added to XpertHR Benchmarking. Subscribers can see the headline data, and also drill down into the results by sector. The dataset covers all pay awards effective between 1 March 2014 and 28 February 2015.
