Shared parental leave: model maternity policy updated
XpertHR's model policy on maternity leave has been updated with a new section to alert employees to their right to curtail their maternity leave to take shared parental leave. A number of other model documents have also been updated with details of shared parental leave, including our model letter responding to an employee who has notified her intention to take maternity leave.
