XpertHR is currently investigating annual leave provision among UK organisations and we would be very grateful if you could spare a few minutes to complete this survey.
Completing this brief survey will entitle you to:
- a complimentary summary report of our findings once our analysis is complete; and
- a free copy of the latest XpertHR absence rates and costs report, emailed to you on completion of the survey.

Prize draw terms and conditions: The closing date for the prize draw is 30 June 2016. All those respondents whose data can be used in XpertHR survey analyses will be entered into the draw, which will take place in w/c 18 July 2016. There are four prizes of £250 each and the winners will be notified by email during w/c 18 July 2016.
